Gary Will is the founding partner at Will Davidson LLP and has been recognized as one of Canada’s premier legal experts in the practice of personal injury litigation. Bill Taberner is counsel at Will Davidson LLP, working out of the Toronto office. He has appeared at all levels of Court in Ontario and has also represented clients before the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, Appeals Tribunal, Criminal Injuries Compensation Board and at Coroner’s Inquests. He has also been a guest lecturer at Ryerson University, Queen’s University and other academic institutions, and has presented papers for a number of Continuing Legal Education programs. As a result of his experience representing participants injured during or at sporting events, he has appeared on the TSN Television Network.

Ron Strike is counsel at Will Davidson LLP and is head of the Bowmanville office. He has successfully litigated numerous catastrophic injury cases at local, national and international levels. He has represented seriously injured clients for over 38 years and lectured extensively on personal injury issues. He is a proud member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers’ Association, Durham Region Law Association and Canadian Bar Association. He is also a Certified Risk Manager.
