Michael Bach is the founder and CEO of CCDI Consulting. He is nationally and internationally recognized as a thought leader and subject matter expert in the fields of inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility, bringing a vast knowledge of leading practices in a live setting to his work. He is the author of two best-selling books on inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility. His first book, Birds of All Feathers: Doing Diversity and Inclusion Right, was published in August 2020. His second book, Alphabet Soup: The Essential Guide to LGBTQ2+ Inclusion at Work, was released in March 2022.

Zakeana Reid joined CCDI Consulting in 2016, opened its Calgary office, and has been instrumental in developing clients throughout western Canada. She brings over 10 years of work experience in equity and diversity, from performing annual LEEP audits to analyzing data and creating programs for companies embracing diversity and inclusion. Zakeana holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from Queens University and the Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation.

Deanna Matzanke is a bilingual strategic HR and diversity professional and employment lawyer with over 25 years of experience in minority inclusion and employment systems and practices. She is a certified Global Professional in Human Resources from the Human Resources Certification Institute and holds a Human Capital Strategist designation from the Human Capital Institute. She also specializes in human resources policy and compliance frameworks. She is a sought-after keynote speaker, panelist and workshop facilitator on all aspects of diversity, inclusion, and human resources. Before joining CCDI Consulting, she acted as the head of diversity and inclusion in the global HR function at Scotiabank.
